Going to buy new tyres Toyo or Mickey Thompson

I wonder which ones are more wide? Mickey Thompson has a thread width of 12,2 according to their website.
but Toyo doesn't have any info on Thread width!!

Toyo Open Country MT = LT385/70R16 (38X14.50R16)

Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ Radial: LT375/65R16 36X15.50R16

The tyres will be used for Mud trails. clay and wet sand roads or mud roads.

They will go under a HILUX !! ... yes they will. cutting out fenders and so on...
hope any advice.

trying to create a wide fat look on my hilux something like this:

Mickey Thompson is slightly wider. I only wished that they didn't discontinue the LT395s. I'm running Toyo MT LT385/70R16 on one of my rig right now but you can get a wider Toyo 38X15.5 tires but on 18" rims.

thanks for your fast reply! do you have any pictures of your tyres please. Also were the LT395's the baja belted? bias? or Radials?

MTZ LT395s were radials. I'll Take some pictures when I get back.

OMG! 395/70/ on 16 inch rim? I hope.. That would be beautiful! I look forward to see any pictures of that. Why would they dis-continue them? they are super populair in Iceland. and its getting more populair around the world now to run very wide tyres..
Thanks!
