have you seen any of the pictures of the mess of hash tags that wheelers are leaving at the trails?

Why the hell would anyone think that's a good idea?

Other than shaming them, what should the recourse be. All we need is some green lawyer to start taking these pictures and build a case and all of MOAB will be shut down.

Is there a chance we can keep this thread in "Land Use" without personal opinion in it? I am intensely interested in factual information about what the BLM does about this and how the miscreants are treated/make amends, but don't want to read all the crap.
