is there a way to take out the inside sliding part of the sunroof without too much hassle? the headliner is peeling off badly on it, could just glue it back on maybe, but seems like would be best to take it out and do it sometime.

I 've never had any problems with my slider and I have not paid attention to it all that much ,but I have had to drop the headliner and that was a real PITA. I would think that would be the first place to start ???

did dropping the headliner allow the slider to come out?
pretty sure I have a leaking sunroof also, which is probably contributing to the drooping of the headliner in places and will have to fix that.

How did this happen? I can't see how it can get that much wear on it. ???
