I have a 2019 SR5 Sequoia and is wanting to add turn signals to my mirrors. I have the mirrors but now noticing the wiring isn't there. Has anyone added signals and if you don't mind letting me know what wiring harness I need to tap into.

Looks like the main body control module pin 3 for the right side and pin 16 for the left. Pin 3 is color coded BE so Beige, and pin 3 is L so Lavender=Blue
They should be positive output. So you need a good ground coming from your mirror turn to the body and a power wire.
At the mirror itself you should have a plug in the door, likely it's taped back to the harness somewhere. The door harness wires you're looking for are Red and a white with black stripe for the Left side, and a Pink with white and black on the right.
