petronix for distributor (1 Viewer)

The '73 FJ-40 i am restoring came with a petronix electronic module in the distributor.Anyone had any luck with these,good or bad? Debating wheather to put this one in, or use my spare one with regular points.

Word I hear is people seem to like them better than points. Supposed increased response and mph. I dont have any experience with electronic ig yet but have been looking into several dist upgrades and thats one of the better ones from what I can tell. Doing it soon I hope.
