Home brew rear tire carrier/ladder swing-out for about a grand.
TOYOTA LAND CRUISER Custom Rack FJ80
I've been looking at these cruddy pics for 2 days trying to decide if this could actually support a 35" tire. Obviously it isn't Slee/ARB quality (more like a Wilco hitch mount), but at that price it wouldn't have to be. It has me curious if nothing else.

Yeah I was really tempted, but just couldn't justify it. I don't need another LC.
