An interesting local couple with extensive off-road experience have just published the first 4x4 trails guide for the area around Missoula. They include a lot of information, history, GPS info, trail ratings, etc... They're already working on their second book which I believe will focus on the area around Dillon, MT.

Yeah, there's an ice cream social this Saturday at 2:00 at the Dairy Queen on north Reserve by the Chevrolet dealership. Planning on going.

Na, just need a 1405 edelbrock carb and shocks then its done. Trying to part out the 68 to fund it.

I'll be there, want to talk to them about doing a 2013 4x4 poker run up by lolo. In memory of a class mate that passed a few years back. He was bigg time into yotas and his brother was one of the first presidents of mountain jacks. It would be a booster for all local 4x4 clubs and give all proceeds to make a dream.

anyone remember when Willie, along time ago, authored the tech section in Fourwheeler magazine?

I remember when he moved to Missoula, maybe 20 years ago??

I may be coming thru with one of my "new" buys around that time, if so I'll stop by the DQ.
