LA - trailer info (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any information regarding getting a trailer a title?

Whether it be from building from scratch or buying a used military trailer without a title.
What is the process?

If you build it from scratch make sure u keep receipts for all parts to show them. We brought a small trailer here from TX when we moved back. It was not stamped with a VIN. Trailers under a certain size don't need them in TX. We couldn't register it here and State PoPo wouldn't stamp it which would have allowed us to then register it in LA. Nevermind the fact that we had TX registration and plates in our names.
