I am restoring my 1970 fj40, well i want to have zero rust when i am done with it. Well umm on the top of the quater panel it is rusted from where the hard top sat. That brace that is there in the inside, well there is rust inside of there. I am thinkin about cuttin it open, but i dont think that the best idea. If anyone knows what i am talkin about or understood what i just said and you know a better way please tell me. Thanks
