Hilux LN106 part# (1 Viewer)

Hi could anyone tell me the part # for front and rear shocks for a 1989 Toyota Hilux S-LN106-PRMSS,4 wheel drive,4dr.3liter diesel.I contacted Monroe Shocks North America and they did not have this vehicle listed so I contacted Monroe Australia and they gave me the part# but those part# dont cross reference over to North American part #.I bought a set of shocks that Monroe said would fit yanked all my wheels removed the old shocks too find the new ones were wrong they were for a Toyota pickup,so back on with the old shocks.Frustration sets in.Thanks

Hows that 3l diesel? is the head needing to be replaced an issue with those engines? I have a 2l-te, ticking time bomb....

I have no complaints about the truck.It has just hit the 100000 mark and I have done the timing belt,shocks,and front axle seals and bearings.My only issue with it is that it is a wee bit under powered especially when I am towing my boat(pick lakes that are located down hill)Got to love how long a tank of diesel lasts
