I agree its a 64 or a bit earlier, 65 was the 1st year with an alt instead of a generator, unless it was a fj45 pickup, in which case 64 they long bed(at least) got the alt as standard equipment

generator
big window one barrel aisin, no idle selnoid
canister oil filter
oil bath(I suspect)
non US dizzy, aka early US
coil mounted to block, but it should not have a ballast resistor
135 valve cover
no manual primer on the fuel pump(that is 64 and before I think) but it looks aftermarket anyway.
and it prolly has a green generator on it

Its the same motor thats in my 64 fj45LV, except I upgraded(changed) to a small window aisin,OEM 1965 alt/reg, OEM gear reduction starter

It came from a 64 FJ45LV, I am storing it for the owner, he is unsure of the direction to take with the truck at this point,
AFAIK Pimp as usual nailed all the subtle items....

Late 64. Early would have had a crank pulley with no harmonic balancer. :)
 
I know nothing about harmonica's :D
