I cleane the EGR and intake chamber. The intake chamber was so pluged that the exhaust gas could hardly flow. It looked like a stalactite inside the intake chamber where the exhaust gas mixes with the air. The rest of the EGR system had very little build up. I tested the VSV and it was OK. 94fzj80 220000 mi
