Once the initiall dealer markup and goldrush phase dissipates on the LC250 and Gx550s and Toyota starts ramping up production/ as dealer lots fill up with inventory-- i would imagine there will be quite a bit of incentive for dealers to offload cruisers under MSRP especially if the YEN keeps getting crushed.
Question for anyone who knows how dealers pay Toyota? IS their pricing structure in real time dollar/yen rate? or will Toyota adjust wholesale prices according to YEN weakness?

All profits goes back to Japan when yen weakens. MSRP are not changing due to exchange rate.

The only direction the pricing will go is up. Toyota has no problem selling vehicles and has no reason to drop the price beyond small incentives or APR deals.
