CB radio/ Police scanner (1 Viewer)

Thinking about installing a CB, anyone know of any models that have a police scanner as well? Also, I did a quick search and didn't find a whole lot of info, but discrete mounting locations? I would rather not drill into the floor. Any info would be appreciated.

Most police use digital trunked systems these days with encryption. It's nearly impossible for a civilian to scan them.

Those that are lagging behind this technology typically use 2m HAM frequencies and can be monitored with a good HAM setup.

if you are asking if there is a cb that is also a radio scanner..... I don't recall ever seeing that. All around better to have those functions in different 'boxes" anyway.
