BSM Horizontal Axis Measurement Please (1 Viewer)

Updated: This is for Trouble code C1AC1 Master Module Horizontal Axis Misalignment; This also displays "Check BSM System" on dash monitor.

If you trimmed plastic like me, get into mud, and then don't clean it all out... This will likely happen to you! These are NOT the 4 round parking sensors on rear bummer. This sensor sits under the rear taillight and is a square looking box. See image below:

I need to realign my BSM radar sensor... If someone has access to the service manual I need the angles, height and distance measurements. I have a GX460 Luxury 2018. Same idea as this video...

I made this 9" equilateral triangle reflector out of cardboard and aluminum foil. I can't take credit for this setup. I found this over on tacoma world (I think)

A couple of notes:

1. My sensor was not bent from damage, rather it was caked in mud. So... the bumper plastic does not need to be removed.
2. Use the axis display in TIS to fine tune the location of the reflector
3. Code will disappear off TIS, but you will need to cycle the ignition for the BSM system caution to disappear
4. Watch the video in first post
5. Remember (Master) is drivers side and (Slave) is passenger side.

Another note about techstream:

You need to download and install the software from the scanner manufacturer's website for the drivers to work. This software will NOT work on Windows 11.
