Affordable Bender? (1 Viewer)

bender dies and slider dies are easy to make if you have access to lathe. only needs simple tooling and some big pieces of metal

Anybody have an opinion on this? Got a guy who's willing to sell a used one for $400, retails $800. It only does 90 degrees...

I was leaning towards a JD2 Model 3 and just buying two dies for roughly $700

For comparison, the JD2 Model 3 capacity is .120

I already figured out I can get a hydraulic pump and cylinder for under $100, rated for 2800 PSI.

Where did you find this mysterious wonder ? The closest I have found for a hydro 2 way power pack was 700 ish on ebay.

It was a surplus site...........I blew it and didn't buy when I had a chance.
