I bought a complete axle from a '97 LX450 to get the locker. There are some parts left over that appear serviceable. The truck had 89K miles on it and was well rusted when I got the axle.

Bare, full floater hub. No wheel studs, axle studs or bearings. Just the hub. Two of these. $25 shipped.

Rear calipers. Rusty, probably siezed, but probably rebuildable. $25 shipped.

If you want the hubs and the calipers, I think I can fit all four parts in a large flat rate box in which case your cost will be $35 shipped (two hubs, two calipers).

Wheel bearings, inner and outer, both sides with races including the lock nut, washer and funky locking screws. The bearings were smooth and thight when I took them out. $35 shipped. Timken USA:
