Update:
Picked up the new BFG AT ko's (6 plys) the other day. Overall I am happy the purchase. The ride is just slightly less smooth than the ride from the same price Michelins, and I know the BFG's will last twice as long. Road noise is nill. I have yet to notice any increase in fuel...
Thanks everybody,
Good info. I do appreciate any and all real world input. I am fairly certain I will go for the over priced BFG t/a ko's. Heavy tires may eat into the gas mileage a bit, but the puncture resistance puts my mind at ease when I take the occasional mountain trail. Flat...
Do the Toyo's offer any cost savings, because my experience with Toyos have been not so good. Many flats, poor road (and off road) handling, and they certainly wear out much quicker than the BFGs.(as quick or quiker than the stock Michelins) I do appreciate your response, and it could be your...
Sharing my obsevation. I am in the process of moving, and after loading a heavy bag (punching bag), and about 75 lbs of misc crap in the back of my 06 gx470, I notice a vast improvement in the ride quality. I assume the extra lbs cause the air suspension to lift, thus firming up the aging...
I too bought a set of those OEM floor mats for $84.00 from a Lexus dealership selling them on Ebay.. A good price, but I found them to a bit lower in quality than the original mats. Slightly lighter in weight. I doubt they will hold up as well as my 15 yr old mats. I guess I will never know...
If you haven't totally disconnected the remote starter yet, then you can't rule it out. Are there any other after market electronics on the rig? Winch/lights/etc, try disconnecting them.

After just dealing with a "No Start" issue I would guess your remote starter is causing your problems. The reason I say that is, after troubleshooting for a day on my rig, I disconnected my aftermarket driving lights. Once the lights were disconnected, no more problems.
Thanks Crawdad
I'll look into EGR harness. How erver, the issue isn't there on all cold starts, only cold starts where I had previously started the engine and then shut it off prior to alowing the engine to warm up.
Often when I start the rig, and then shut it off right away, (not allow it to warm up before shutting it off) the next time I start the engine it runs like **** for a 5-10 seconds (stumbling).
Anyone else experience this? Anyone know what might cause this?
This morning my 97 LX would not start. She turned over, and almost fired a couple times, but my old battery soon ran out of juice. Figured it was a good time to get a new battery, and the Toyota dealership here sold me a Toyota battery for $80.
1. Anyone have good or bad things to say...
