'78 Front Rotor Replacement and Gasket (1 Viewer)

I'm still in the middle of replacing my front rotors and realized something. When I removed the hub there were no gaskets. I remember seeing a video of a knuckle rebuild where they replaced gaskets, but my '78 doesnt seem to have any. I'm specifically thinking of the two 'outer' ones (star shape one and the one directly behind the hub assembly).

Could the PO have used a liquid gasket?

Yes, there should be one between the wheel hub and the body of the locking hub. Outboard of that depends on which locking hub you have. - factory, Warn, Selectro, etc.
