You lopped off a complete bar... the awning did not clear it mounted on top of the bars?

Edit.. I see you mounted it low.. not on Top of the rack.. I understand the mod now..
PART of a complete bar, thank you very much 😆 Ya, wanted it as low-profile as possible, at least as low profile as can be expected for a 270.

That alternator was a PITA! I should have paid someone to do that ☝️

Finally put wheel spacers on after about 1500mi with the Milestars. I couldn't find any 1" or 25mm spacers so I went with these KSP 5x150mm Hubcentric Wheel Spacers Fit for 5 Lug Wheels, 1.25” with 14x1.5 Studs. You can see the after/before in the 2nd & 3rd pics. Turned out pretty well.

Would you recommend these? I need some spacers in a jiffy and see these on Amazon. Thanks!

Personally the things that hold the wheels onto my vehicle at 80mph without loosening up or failing if I hit something won’t be sourced from Amazon.. even if I had to wait a while or deal with rubbing temporarily.

But that’s just me.

This! The hardware (wheel studs) I've seen on some of the import/no-name stuff is scary, like torques correctly once or twice and stretch type hardware. Sure you could press them out and replace with better stuff but at what time/effort cost? Spidertrax is our general go to.

We stock the Slee/Spidertrax 200 spacers @ Cruiser Outfitters and can ship today!

I run those on my personal 200, ran em on my 100 and we've sold/installed hundreds including all of the Maltec-200 Series builds. Zero issues.

Yeah. There are plenty of things I’m willing to compromise on, but spacers are easily not on that list.

I’ll add another plug for Spidertrax and further that by pointing out that just about anything I’ve ordered from @cruiseroutfit has arrived much more quickly than I expected.

Do all non-US diesels also have EGR/DPF/DEF emissions control "features"?

I was a big fan of diesel, but anymore, the above make them so complicated and less reliable, I'm over diesels. Maybe I'm still stinging from my Sprinter spending more time on a flatbed in the last 3 months than actually being driven.
D-4D 4.5l here... runs since 330.000kms without done anything to the engine.
Btw average consumption over the last five years is 17.6mpg.

Any update on this project? Also mind sharing the CAD files to adjust the key fob for the LX
sry for the late respond, came back last week from Mexico and didnt had my laptop with me. Decided to make a new version with an eyelet to put an airtag to it. I printed it in PLA and used it now for a week. Works fine.

I printed it in PLA, 4 walls, resolution of 0.16mm and with the shell facing upwarts. If you want it to face upwarts I recoment using petg as support surface to remove it easily and dont break the pins.
But also the other way around it prints nicely but you probably get a bit more rough sureface bc of the overhangs.

The screws I am using are cylindrical screws M2.5x6

Here the .stl files

First oil change since I bought the truck. Went top shelf with some Supertech Full-Syn 10W-30.

Also installed the Redarc brake controller I pulled from my GX460.

I discovered that the Anker 621 magnetic power bank is a near perfect fit in the weird tray in front of the shifter on my 2013 LX. Width and corner radius is perfect, but it's not quite long enough as you can see. I removed the rubber mat for a tighter fit, btw. The "black" colorway matches the LX interior.

Since it's a MagSafe charger it holds my iPhone securely in place while charging it, it also works fine with my Pixel 8. I keep it plugged in with a short usb-c cable.

Weekend trip on the SCAR (South Carolina Adventure Route) over presidents day weekend, and a full Monday swapping a buddy's suspension back to stock, so the the OME 2.5" lift can be transferred to my truck. Also picked up a set of Full underbody skid plates..
All mod's preformed well so far, as well as the Winch when I had to yank out the lead truck from the swamp..

Piper approved of the trip, :) and was a champ while I worked on the truck Monday..

More work to follow.
I need to locate the winch plug to the bumper, suspension, skids and sliders..

Just picked up my (new to me) 2016 and swapped the center caps. Somewhere on this board someone mentioned that you have to take the wheels off to replace them. That’s not true - I drilled a small hole and popped them off with a screwdriver and snapped in the replacements.
