For our 2012 benefit, officially 4x4s For A Cause, we will again support One Way Farm Children’s Home located in Fairfield, Ohio. (http://www.onewayfarm.org/)

When: Saturday, August 11th, 2012 from 11am - 3pm

Location: Barn N Bunk Farm Market located at 3677 Wayne-Madison Road in Trenton, Ohio. (http://www.barnnbunk.com/)

Admission will be $10 per rig. General admission is free for spectators. We will have a car crush sponsored by Mitchell's Towing starting at noon. Come on out and take the opportunity to participate or just watch the fun/carnage.

We will have our RTI Ramp onsite so come see how well your rig scores.

There will be an R/C rock crawling course, sponsored by Jacob's Plumbing & Excavating. Hamilton Hobbies has donated an Axial AX10 Ridgecrest Package that Team Roc Box will be raffling off. Come on out and join the fun!!

Our sponsors donate many great prizes that are raffled off hourly, tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6. Our Grand Prize will be a basket featuring two tickets for the 2013 season to Kings Island, these tickets will be 1 for $2 or 3 for $5.

The Barn & Bunk is about 45 minutes from me so not to bad of a drive from the Mason/deerfield twp area...

Come on guys i had more faith than this in my cruiser brothers... Or have we lost that in the mid/southern Ohio area ?

there is even a slim chance there might some really local wheeling after the event...

Jim and I are at VIR racing that weekend Chump Car World Series ? ?VIR 24-Hour Classic? (2 Days) | Virginia International Raceway. Plus the only way any of my Cruisers are gonna make it anywhere is on a trailer. I'm hoping to fix that over the winter but that won't get me to this event this year.

I hope Marty is yankin yer chain about no Cruiser. His 40 is/was getting to be a pretty sweet yard sculpture.

IIRC we ended up in 22nd at this race (24 Hours of LeMons - Summit Point Raceway) after being as high as 12th early on. As one of the newbe drivers I get credit for dropping a few places Saturday. Held my own Sunday. I have the honor of NOT trading paint with fellow racers. ALL the other drivers on the team rubbed someone else's car at some point.

Pretty sure our last race of this season will be a 25h:25m:25s Chumpcar race at Nelson Ledges Road Course in Garrettsville, OH. Nelson Ledges - Schedules - ChumpCar World Series - The Longer Longest Day - 25:25:25

Yep, same car since 2008. 7 races, countless hits, 3 motors and one paint job later but still the same car. And we keep saying at each race "this is the last one for this car..." but yet we patch it back together for "one more race..."

I think it would be cheaper if we had a drinking problem instead of a racing problem.
