This is just like my opinion. I really love Land cruisers and what not. Feel free to disagree or hate it. Ok with the release of the new 4runner yesterday i finally figured out why i dislike the LC250 so much. The LC250 and new 4runner are on...

Putting the factory wheel back in my 96 80. Turns out the wheel is for newer landcruisers with the horn wire connected to a harness. The landcruiser has the older style brass pin. So I poached the horn ring off the nardi wheel. But realized...

Super beneficial..... Its a scan gauge for us with OBD1. This doggle will enable info access off your ECU. Currently there are no scan gauges in the market for Obd1.

Im doing the exact opposite to you. My JDM 80 came with the Nardi wheel. While its nice on the hands; I wanted the factory look. So bought the 4 spoke wheel with airbag. After removing the nardi, seems my 96 didn't come with an airbag or...

Imported my 96 1hdt to Canada back in 2019. Decided eventually wanted the factory steering look. So bought this wheel off ebay. As you can see my stock is older. I don't have a clock spring or airbag harness. Not too worried about airbag...

Thanks for this thread guys. So I bought a late model steering wheel off ebay since my jdm 80 came with a nardi wheel and the horn doesn't work. So what I've found is mine doesn't have an airbag harness and also already has the cruise...

Do you have a pic how the horn wire connects to pad? I'm putting factory wheel back in after taking off the Nardi wood wheel. I see the wire but not where it connects.

Anyone know the stock code for the torx screws. Bought a factory wheel to replace my JDM one. Theyre missing.

I bought a new factory wheel for my 96 JDM. The old wheel is a Nardi wood. Japanese commonly put on. Getting around to installing it now. Noticed I'm missing the torx bolts. Anyone know the spec?? And another weird thing is the cruise...

I'd assume it works like car starters on cellphones. Probably has enough range from your bedroom to the driveway but I'd have to research to know.

I bet. I had one for my 06 golf way back in the day. When it worked it was awesome but took me awhile to realize it was tripping the breaker cause regular extension cord couldn't pull enough amps. Glad this one runs on diesel.

This option is reasonable to consider just an aftermarket remote switch. Amazon has a couple for roughly same price. No idea of the range on these. Amazon had one with a 328’ range...

For me the webasto is number one importance. December to Feb in calgary has some brutal temps. It's not my daily anyway so remote start is down the line. I do like the idea of the Bluetooth smart controller.

Hey did your kit come with a control panel? Got the Evo just now from coldfront with only an on/off Rocker.

Yeah...and I'm wondering why now it was such a good deal. Probably tack on another $300-500 for a panel.

I just pulled the trigger on the therm top evo $1191 from Coldfront. Got the 12v system. I still don't understand the need for 24V system. Is it for batteries that are always in series? I don't think i'd require one as the 1hdt is only in...
