If it were me, I’d get it all from @cruiseroutfit cruiserteq.com. You’ll know it’s quality stuff and you’ll have a support system if things go awry. My truck came with disc brakes so I can’t offer anything more than the above.

Lots of info on this in the FAQ section but I would definitely recommend a disc swap. I have used the JT kit long ago but there are better options IMO.
