In reguards to the older LX470's 98-2000 or whatever years that aren't flashable. Can you put in a newer ECU?
Even with flashing the ECU, how would ou get torque reduction? Unless you can have some external input into the ECU that triggers torque reduction, I don't see how any of that will work.
The emulators are simulating resistance speed and overdrive clutch. Maybe giveing some slipping data to the OD clutch could cause a torque reduction? I dunno, just a thought.
Other than that, might just have to live without it.
Could also run something like a haltech, then you cget CAN data. Then its EASY, other than passing emissions.
