Zero Rust

Has anyone used ZERO RUST paint.

Yea, it's good stuff. As well as POR 15, Rust Bullet, KBS Coating, powdercoating, Imron, Rust-Oleum, and the list goes on. Most paints are actually pretty good, just stay away from watercolors.

I've had good luck with Zero Rust, holds ups well. Try doing a search, you'll find bunch of infoon it.

Yup, lots already posted on it. I still have what's left of my gallon that'll make it's way onto my frame/axles eventually. Great stuff so far. i'd spray or roll it if'n you care about appearance.

Love it. Goes on well, not as chemically ready to kill you if you aren't wearing a mask, and covers very well.

great stuff, very easy to work with, comes in cans, cheaper than all the others, love it.

I used and liket it. It seemed to need at least three coats on the bare spots to build up enough to protect. As mentioned before, breather protection or get high.

I use the rattle can on small stuff. Spray it thin and use several coats. I understand tha it does good on sand lasted parts in lieu of self etching primer which is $$$. I prefer POR15 on heavy stuff. (Frame, skid plates, axles)
