Spotted a dark blue FJ40 in West End yesterday afternoon around 4 pm. Older gentleman.

Saw a saweeet 62 today in graham. Sand color, lift, armor, roof rack, bunch of stickers.
It took me two years to see a 40 while driving mine. The red one I'm guessing is either the guy by irregardless cafe or has to be a buddy of mine that has had it in his family for 3 generations.
I couldn't believe it-I was so excited I started waving like a fool.
I didn't know there were any so close. Where is there a 40 by irregardless? I drive by it every day going to work.

Awesome! I live about a mile from there and work in K-ville. I'd flash you back, but you probably don't want that with those LEDs on the hood. Please excuse my semi-bumperless front end... Actually I got the substructure welded up and mounted last night, so you'll be getting some different scenery on the front end next time with more to come in following weeks.

Hey ashb - I'm in Morrisville - Ridgemont subdivision. I think I've caught a glimpse of your rig around time. My 40 doesn't see asphalt much (working on that), so very seriously doubt you've ever spotted me. Beautiful looking rig there.

If I'm not mistaken, the owner of that 40 owns a restaurant around there. Can't miss that thing due to all the diamond plate and goofy hood scoops. It is soa all the way around w/ lift springs in the rear (no idea why?). It used to sit on 39.5 tsls and the guy tried to sell it for a long time for a crazy amount of money. Needless to say, there were no takers

I saw this 40 on my way home he said he was here in mud. Very clean

Last I knew a guy lived right by irregardless drove an early model FJ. It is in pretty good shape and I think was bought from the used car lot off capital blvd near the big storage unit place. I've also seen it parked downtown a handful of times.
The one that has been in my buddies family for several generations is over by Crabtree mall area, but I've seen it around town.
About a year ago I saw a really nice red one parked at north hills mall with the top off and child seats in the back. It was lifted and in really good shape.
Look for me around town now that mine is back on the road. I will make sure to wave

I saw this 40 in NODA (Charlotte). Looked really clean.
