Yaesu 7800 install in 100

Looks good! I should have taken photos of the under seat install but I wasn't sure that was where it was going to stay permanently and I haven't pulled the seat back out for anything so no photos. I mounted my speaker near the transfer shifter. The wires actually pop up through the shifter boot. I have my brake controller in the ash tray cubby. What I haven't seen is a clean install of a CB in a 100.

Yeah I need to pull my transmission hump and middle armrest up to run the remote speaker and faceplate wires a little better.. they're fine for now but I haven't had time for the next level, looks like I need to take both seats out to remove the screws for those on the side?

The radio under the seat is literally just sitting there... but the carpet keeps it tight under the amp, and it can't move at all with the seat in place so I guess that's all there is to it, no bracket...

CB install? not for this truck... the only time I need a CB anymore is for Cruise Moab and I'll just take the 80 down there. We're 80% hams on runs anymore, the new guys often just skip CB altogether.
