AFAIK yes.

1973 is when the the license light went dually

1977 is when the tailgate was recessed liked the earlier ones BUT
without the Toyota stamped in. Pre - 77 are the most attractive !

this is a pic from a 78 I parted a few years ago. I had some of a 79 I looked at, just can't find'em right now. No recess at all.
