The second is a door "grommet". This is for passing speaker wires through the door. Any suggestions?

Related to the above, I plan on running speakers in all four doors. Am I stuck running a single wire exposed on the passenger side floor for the rear passenger door? Or is there something else I should consider?

try the wire grommet tube thingy that is between the tailgate and body on the FZJ80's...
