Are FZJ80's, specifically 93-94 wired for electric seats if they came from the factory with manual seats?

Actually swapping my leather for cloth manual out of a truck that is getting donated to a charity. And the caveat is the vehicle needs to be drivable when donated.

Mines a 96 with manual seats. The drivers side is wired for electric seats, but the passenger side is not. It’s missing the blue/ black power wire in the loom.
