Windshield lower seal part number help

Hey guys,
I need help identifying a part. Its a 2003 4Runner. Im looking for the seal between the cowl and the windshield. All the parts diagrams and the dealer want me to buy the entire cowl piece. The cheap little rubber seal is supposedly not sold separately. The current one is dry rotted to death and id like to replace it to prevent any water getting in there...

Found on the new Toyota consumer on-line catalog:

The seal is not serviced, you buy the complete louver assembly. Part name code 55781E in the illustration.

Only comes with the cowl. They don't service it separately (I assume due to how it is attached.)
