Window trim replacement (1 Viewer)

Trim on window frame is peeling off. This is not the weather trim around the windows but is a thin plastic covering at the top of the door where it meets the window. Any idea of what this is called and where to buy/how to replace?

That is called belt moulding and is all that belongs there.
