Ok my Wilson switch set up was working great but this morning I went to start it and was getting a rapid chatter noise coming from the solenoid when I pushed the button? Any ideas where to start to look or is it a faulty solenoid?

What's your battery voltage when you push the button?

Disconnect the wire to the busbar. Still chattering or one solid click?

Low, bad or old battery.
Is your alternator charging?

I’m running a 24 volt system and my preheating timer is bad. With this Wilson switch would I be eliminating the preheating timer completely?
