Will these Land Cruiser rims fit an 86 4runner?

Odd. If you buy one the freight is 184 bucks. If you buy 4 the freight is 1,144 bucks. 4 x 184 = 736 bucks on my calculator.

In any event I wouldn't pay more than 50 bucks a piece for them.

Here are a couple shots of the museum's LJ78. 16x6 with 0 offset equals 3.5 inches of backspace. Since this is a Land Cruiser wheel it does have the conical steel inserts that require acorn-style lug nuts.

got it. I realize now these are the same ones asked about at the beginning of this thread. I have no idea how I ended up with 80s series wheels.

Resurrecting this thread, those style wheels came off my JDM 1995 landcruiser prado kzj78. They are definitely acorn style lug nuts.

Are you sure those are 16"? As best as I can zoom in it looks like they say 15. I've also looked for 16's in that design and did not found any. Several different 15's, mostly varying by offset.

They are 16x6

Toyota made a mistake taking a 4Runner wheel and adapting its cosmetic design to the early 80-Series. I like them on (properly outfitted) 4Runners...hate them on 80s.

i can't remember or find it now, but a company is building a beadlock rim modeled after these.

Well now, that solves the way too ugly and way to narrow problems quite nicely.

A 9 inch with wheel (bead-to-bead) with 3 1/2 inches of backspace.

RustyNailJustin definitely referred to vtx in his post i showed above (and has 6 lug version on the race truck) pretty sure they were actually on the site when this stuff first showed up
