Why didn't this sell?

Can anybody tell me why the '90 FJ62 w/5-speed on e-bay (here:eBay Motors: Toyota : Land Cruiser (item 260261595419 end time Jul-21-08 08:32:55 PDT)) didn't get a higher bid? Seems to me it's almost a no-brainer, nice looking truck, 5-speed, etc. What am I missing? By the way, no affiliation. Ned

$4 gas in a truck that gets maybe 10MPG
bad economy
too many miles
all the scammers on Ebay
bad carfax
not as representled
nobody wanted it
wrong color
reserve too high
not worth the money
didn't get exposure to a willing, capable buyer


on and on and on and on

I dont know about yall but our old 88 62 got 18 MPG, thats better than my 80 series

being a gasser kills it's re sale value

humm, i have yet to see a FJ62 get better than 14 mpg...you are one lucky FJ62 owner...
