Does anyone have any build/contact info on this vehicle?

The resolution is not good enough to read the name of the body company. I believe it is Australian and it is not a bosston body. The wheels have different offsets as well to make the rear track the same as the front.

Their custom made so I'm sure they can modify them for the US market
