What do you got?

Ideal truck:

- Low miles for the year (1995 or newer preferably)
- documented service history
- NO RUST
- as close to stock as possible (some mods ok - light lift, etc.)

Willing to pay $ for the right truck. Just sold two vehicles so I am flush with cash and ready buy.

I'm located in Nashville and will be in the Atlanta area between Christmas and New Years.

Sent you a PM

Hey I have a 1995 fj80 white with 260k miles on it. Southern vehicle never been abused. It has a arb bumper on it but that all. Very well taken care of.

I'm possibly selling mine (1997 w/ lockers). This hits most all items on your wishlist except the mileage (230k).

Wouldn't let that scare you though - I've gone crazy on making this rig amazing and as close to OE as possible (minus the OME & BFG K02's that were installed last year)

The paint is mostly all original except the bumpers, lower tailgate hatch, and rear fender flares (I had them painted by a certified Mercedes Benz body shop and the paint work is perfect and looks original - great color match). I have pictures of all these components prior to paint too (painted b/c they were either scratched or showing wear that couldn't be buffed out). All paint is glossy and looks awesome. All panels are original with original VIN #'s.

I've installed or have done the following:

  • New Windshield & OE Weather Stripping
  • Power Coated all black trim components (no rattle can!)
  • New OE e-Brake boot
  • Sourced an almost perfect OE steering Wheel (very hard to find)
  • Pulled all seats and detailed & steam cleaned entire carpet
  • Refurbished leather seats - I wanted to retain OE look versus using leatherseats.com, etc.
  • Sacrificed the original drive's seat and used this leather (on top part of seat) for new armrest
  • Rebuilt both mechanical seats, lubricated gears, etc.
  • Repainted grille and installed new OE Land Cruiser emblem
  • Belts, idler pulley, misc, and new window trim
  • Found one of the last Diff Decals
  • Many other misc Parts
  • Replaced scratched rear passenger glass
  • New plugs and wires, maintenance good and truck drives great/smooth

A lot of energy went into this truck. Definitely one that is unmatched and truly is the cleanest I've seen in awhile. Oh, and the truck was originally from Seattle, WA and has no rust on the undercarriage.

Pictures below are from the truck in the middle stages of the "refresh". PM me if interested, want better photos or have questions.
