Honestly, for pure bang for buck IGGEE is making solid stuff. Have had my covers on for about 5 months and no wear and tear so far. Fit is good on the seat itself, the armrest is sort of loose and the headrest is kind of tight but it fits. for $180 shipped/pair it certainly beats LSEAT and others, and DIY is a huge plus

At some point, I think I will go with Ridies for LX. They seem to be aware of the cushion differences. I may order some and just hold on to them until I can find a trim shop to install. I may need to go up to NWA or leave the area to get them installed.

I have an LX driver's seat cushion in the box for the day when I replace the leathers.
You can go to their website and request for a sample swatch so you can personally see the difference between the regular leather and the nappa one. Mine arrived 3 days after I requested theu their website. Best part is, it’s free.

Would you mind posting photos of those seat covers?

I got gray Napa leather from ridies as my first upgrade after reading in this forum. They still make the car look new and amaze people. Would take something cheaper if you have a dog / use the car for work etc, but for my use they have held up good.

Is that the synthetic leather? Looks great!
It is synthetic. Feels a bit more grainy than the OEM leather and the color doesn't quite match the LX ivory, but it isn't far off

Got the coverados on which look great for seat covers. Now I’m wondering what anyone else has done to accommodate the armrests. Between the bolt hole and ratcheting mechanism I’m afraid I’d cut a hole too big.

they are in my amazon purchase area. Waiting till i get home to pull the trigger. thanks for the nudge.
Fyi. There’s more lower lumbar support than I’m used to. Not saying it’s uncomfortable, but just a heads up. The bottoms are great though.

I highly recommend the following:
I put them in my 80 six years ago and have had ZERO issues. I'm not easy on my rig and they still look great. Liked them so much I put them in my '18 Taco and my wife's Outback. There are tons of options for color/pattern/features.
Same here. Zero issues and we’re pretty tough on them. Baseball, fishing, Boy Scouts, camping, off road, beach sand, etc. still a snug fit. Toss them in the washing machine and hang dry. My son is 15 and he was in a car seat when I purchased them, so quite a few years…10 of 10, would buy again.

Looks great, especially for the money! I'd just leave the arm rests off. I find them too short anyway for me and never use them.
