Wow-that applique is a survivor. And I think you're right-Albuquerque, NM.

Carson city Nevada
Seriously?!

Mine is from Salt Lake City. Still have the paperwork that survived through last two POs. Originally was purchased as a company vehicle for a Chemo Pharmaceuticals company out there then was sold off in early 2000s. From there the trail pretty much went dry with regards to any type of dealer maintenance or service except for the tank recall or when it would not pass UT emissions (guys I purchased from had it registered in a county that didnt require emissions testing to get around it).

I just realized you're in Boca Raton (where I travel frequently for work-water conservation). That 60 has been around!

Toyota of Santa Monica in CA. It still lives about 10 miles from the original dealership!

She lived in Colorado for some time and a she made to Pat Loeb Toyota in Mckinney Texas. My son found her in October 2015. We bought her from Pat Loeb. So I can say we bought a 30 year old FJ60 from a Toyota dealer, just do not know the original dealer.

Jones Toyota Little Rock Ar. It’s never lived more than 80 miles from there. I also have most of the manuals and window sticker, it’s a 3 owner rig and one owner was a good friend of mine . It’s the late 85 in my avatar.

Mine was from Acklin Toyota. Wish i still owned it!

A good (helpful) dealer can run the vin and find out.

Aurora Toyota. Edmonds, WA. Bought from the original grocery getter mother who took good care of it. Solid rig with lots of freeway and taxi cab sports mom miles.

I am the second owner from a the original family that lives in Carson city Nevada. I wrote them a letter saying I would take care of it and restore it and not sell it. I drove to Nevada from steamboat springs co on my two days off from work where I lived for four years then moved back to south Florida after our daughter was born and still fix up with any birthday or holiday money I receive. My wife let me buy new tires for Christmas this year I think she likes it. 255k miles never been torn down knock on wood.

Wow Bryce I haven’t heard of Aklin in years, I was surprised you sold it but it was your daily driver at the time wasn’t it ? Looks like you still have a 80 , Pat said he thought you still had a 100 guess the wife got it huh ? Take care man

I can confirm mine is from the Chicago (Harvey) IL. area.
It lived there until 2005 and then the second owner moved to RI and sold it to a local. In 2011 the head was rebuilt and driven 3000 miles until 2013 when it was sold, the engine was rebuilt at that point (2013) and it moved to NH, it was driven less than 5000 miles from there and then home to me.
I am the 5th owner (2 in IL, 1 in RI, 1 in NH and me) and for being a Midwest and East Coast 60, it is has survived, due to the PO's just taking care of it and I have a stack of receipts showing that dating back to 1993 (I found more when I replaced the interior, including the rebuilt head and engine (done by the same shop in RI).
It had 1 accident in 2000 (drivers rear corner was hit) and I confirmed this when fixing the quarter panel.
