Saw's BBQ in Birmingham.
Off the chain
that place is a mile from my office and other location is a 1000 yards from my house. I eat way too much :grinpimp:

Superior Grill
great place to cougar hunt

Tupelo - Neon Pig Smashburger
Ate a smashburger at lunch and it is ridiculously good. I told the owner that I might have someone who might be interested in franchising his concept. I could easily see a small deli/eatery that specialized in local, organic, homemade products like that because successful franchise operation in suburbs. I know of several locations in Birmingham that would keep the place jammed full. The freshmarkets and whole foods stores are doing very well and the frou-frou farmers market downtown has become a weekly event. I told the owner that I would have someone I know who in that market to contact him. :grinpimp:

I would cross 6 lanes of traffic in a chicken suit to have a vanilla shake from a place like this...

I will buy ya one just to to see this..

Hell i will buy ya two!

Lillian's Pizza in Perdido. Yum.

I have never liked the Shrimp Basket, Crab Trap or any of the other fried places down there.. Taste like its coming straight out of a Sysco bag. Waste of money IMOP.

We are normally at Perdido or Rosemary, so have felt a little lost here.

Reservations at Cozmo's tonight, might be the only night we eat out. House we are at has a full outdoor kitchen. Just loaded up on fresh meat and seafood, probably gonna grill every night from here on out.

King Neptune's is good. Hit Felix's in Mobile if you get a chance on the way back.
