sad.......AND IT SUCKS because that was a real hit with my wife to go cook on date night....oh well.

I bet they never came close to covering rent, much less payroll.

$100 per head doesn't cover it from my math:

1. utility bill for kitchen
2. wine and beer for all courses
3. crackers/cheese
4. chef and seu chef (SP)?
5. in house materials that are washed and resused (cutting boards, knives, bowls, etc.)
6. raw food materials (we had an app, main course was beef, 2 sides, and dessert)
7. misc. items needed (wax paper, paper products, oils, butter, other ingredients)

oh well....TCB let me know if you find any kind of alternative for the :princess:

edit---- I think it was more a gimmick to get husbands and wives in the store front, pre start of class, with a glass of wine and $15k appliances ..our conversation went like this
her "oh this microwave is so nice"
me "it's 3 grand!!"
her "but it matches this nice range"
me "that range is $12k"
her but it matches this.....

you get the idea

Bummer. I was told that it has new owners forgthe viking school part. Cowboy maloney sold the viking appliances
