I wouldn't eat at Ticos if you were picking up the bill. That place sucks ass. I've been twice and both times food was way over cooked.
It's over cooked bc they cook it on the plate it's served on...you want medium rare but if you eat slow then the 2nd half of your steak is DONE by the time you get to it....asked for it to be served on a cold plate:cool:

By the way, Shush, the :princess: and I are going back to the Viking Cooking School tomorrow night for our anniversary. Yall been back?

No we haven't been back.....really need to I got huge brownie points for that. We are going to Seaside this year for our anniversary....let us know what yall cook, how it goes!

I eat army style, it doesn't have much time for anything. My wife had spinach au gratin that was burnt black. I'd go to Applebee's before I'd go back to Ticos, which is a shame because I could walk to the restaurant.

Enjoy seaside. I'm going to have to drop some coin next year on the anniversary.

Next time you're at Bossman's Secret Lair, I highly suggest the omelet or the chicken! Both were excellent as well as the homemade rolls and the banana nut bread!

Neon Pig in Tupelo.

Lash told me about it.

This place is really awesome. Meat market, organic veggies, tons of craft beers.

Burgers, pork BBQ and fish tacos.

All excellent looking. The Smash burger is bacon and different cuts of beef ground together.

Bun was house made.

I give it 2 thumbs up.

If you were a week earlier with this review, I'd have tried it last saturday. Alas, my one trip to tupelo for the the decade is now behind me.
