Mmmm! A redhead with tats! That means she probably "gets down"!

The super saddened wolf meat sounds good to me but I'd ask it to be thrown at me from the kitchen before I'd let them serve it to me in the Ed Hardy bucket. No offense, Nolen I'm sure your Hardy shirts are the cool ones. The donkamole sounds good too.

just piss'd myself.

you hear why?

you hear why?

A company in Illinois bought Viking. Laying off 25% of the work force, mostly in Greenwood, along with closing the Memphis and Ridgeland cooking schools. I imagine moving production out of Greenwood is next on their agenda. I'll no longer be supporting Viking.

Edit to add:

Apparently, I'm just slow on the uptake. The move was announced earlier this month.

Do those schools make money, or are they subsidized by the overpriced ranges?

I don't see how they don't make money. I'd say the one here averaged $100 a head with 12 people being a "full" class. They do 3 or 4 classes a week and you'd have to book well in advance to get a slot to their "date night" classes.... But I guess if they were absolutely killing it, they wouldn't be shutting them down.
