Anybody eaten here?

There's a Tilted Kilt in Round Rock north of Austin. A group of us went there once, but never again. Not a single decent beer on tap or in bottles, and the food was typical pub grub at inflated prices. It's a fake Irish ripoff of Hooters. If you're after boobage, by all means go. If you want decent food and excellent beer, avoid it.

Clarification: IIRC they did have Sam Adams and Newcastle on tap, but not a single craft brew. We have at least a dozen craft breweries in town and all they were offering was the usual array of Bud-Miller-Coors swill.

That is like "Twin Peaks" in DFW. Horrid rip off of Hooters. I love boobs as much as the next guy, maybe even more, but those kind of places make my skin crawl.

I bet it has been 20 years since I have been in a Hooters.

Kathy and I stupidly went to a new Twin Peaks in Oklahoma City several weeks ago, not knowing it was a Hooters ripoff. The food was marginal and our annoying waitress came over and sat at our table at least 4 times trying to talk us into buying a calendar. I finally told her to go away and let us eat in peace. Then the manager came over and apologized. He said their waitresses were trained to sell merchandise, and we weren't their typical demographic. FWIW, the food at Tilted Kilt was a little better, but not much.

Good place to eat in Cleveland, MS

We will be in Cleveland for the weekend for my wifes graduation from Delta State and was wondering if the food guru's know of a good place to eat while we are there. The only place that i heard of that had semi fine dinning was KC's off 61 but they are now closed. Im hoping in a town of 13,000 people they have taste buds that extend past catfish and fried chicken.

Be careful about Airport Grocery on grad weekend. Debbie was up there in December and waited almost two hours and never was served.
Their tamales are great.

Congratulations on the diploma!

Thanks yall i figured it would be slim pickns out in the middle of a corn field. Ill check out the airport grocery.
