AJ's just opened up in the old "Obie's" location on Lakeland in Flowood.

FYI

is this on the north side with the building set back off the road farther than everything else with NO signage?

Thank God. There are enough of those in the world.

and I shudder to think of what girls would get hired for that location;p

I'm not a RISHER about Hooter's. It would be BANK in Rankin County. Freaking Bank.

Crabby Jacks.

First trip. Buddy I trust a ton told me to go get Duck Po-Boy.

It was a sloppy nasty mess. I ate 1/8th of it and gave up.

Red had fish tacos and RB&R and it was excellent. We could have shared it easily. Tons of food.

Berk has Cheeseburger Po Boy and it was not good.

I would go back, it's a great hole in the wall but I would get shrimp Poboy. It looked great and would not be a hot mess.

Reviews on that place are very love-hate, love or hate, love, hate. Sounds like a mixed bag.

TJK

Lots of places to eat here.....not sure I would put it on the "recommend" list.

Drago's tonight..... It is in the hotel and everyone is tired after the 5 mile forced march this afternoon.

Charbroiled oysters and broiled crab claws were great. Nice to have a great place so convenient.

Will hammered a loaf of bread and we ate already back in the room with a movie.

Sometimes when you go somewhere and have a great meal, you build it up in your head and the next trip is a bit of a let down. Happens all the time to me.

Camellia Grill ON Charters in the Quarter is the real deal.

Burgers next trip. I talked to one of the flat-top masters about it and he says he laughs at the fools that wait on a port-o-call burger when his owns it. They looked good.
