I hit Stamps Burgers yesterday and Lou's today for lunch. What a good lunch spot for tomorrow?

I'm trying to line up some mudship with @Land Speeder for them. I'm in a rental car with two of my staff this week.Local 463.
You coming to get these seats?
I don't know if this should be in the "Where to Eat" thread or the "What I Ate" thread because, when I was eating it, it seemed pretty tasty. Now, when I look back at it, it seems like more of a novelty that should be interesting, but not tried.
Anyway, this is a "real" Fool's Gold sandwich from Nick's. According to Best Sandwich in Every U.S. State, "Legend has it that one night, Elvis Presley took a private jet from Graceland to Denver just to purchase 28 Fool's Gold sandwiches from the Colorado Mine Company restaurant. Each sandwich was made from a hollowed-out loaf of French bread slathered with margarine, baked, then filled with a pound of bacon, peanut butter and jelly.
Today at Nick's Café in the town of Golden, former Colorado Mine Company employee Nick Andurlakis (who claims to have delivered Presley's sandwiches to the airport that fateful night) still serves these behemoth sandwiches to anyone who dares to dig into The King's favorite late night snack."

Eat at your own risk. On the other hand, if you have any questions about Elvis, Nick is your guy.......I’m in for one of those. The lettuce and tomato are a little out of place though!
Yeah, I saw that too. Makes me question them as well, because although "interesting," if they think the Fool's Gold sandwich is the best Colorado has to offer, I'm wondering if they were eating with someone else's taste buds........@dnp I don't know about those best sammich people. They think Big Apple Inn is the only place in the state to get a Pig Ear sandwich...
