I've thought about that before, but I think I'd rather learn how to use it instead. I know a lot of people that get outstanding results on theirs (WCT, JT, WNGROG, and others), and I want to learn to do the same.

If I change my mind, I'll sure let you know.......

Too tired to go in search of a good restaurant tonight, long day. Wound up eating at SER, which is top floor of the Anatole. Was surprisingly good. 8 of 10.

On the egg. Biggest tip is.....use it like an oven not a grill. Steaks? 7 minutes a side? Forget that. I generally cook a steak 30 minutes.

Get a meat thermometer.

You can open fire grill on it if you want it's just not the best way to use it.
