I got the kit from ccot. Fits together nicely. Have not welded it yet.
x2 on the CCOT rain gutter. Needs a little work to get it alined but turned out pretty nice.
When I get to that point I was going to try to temporarily clamp/screw the replacement parts in place on the roof which is undoubtably NOT anywhere near as level/square as the rig you have then tack the pieces together and remove for finish welding.
That should give me something that fits a 50 year old flexible fiberglass roof as good as its gonna get
I ended up using my old rain gutter as a template. Turned it upside down and laid new pieces on it, clamped, tacked. Old was in good enough shape for that. Sounds like you have one to work off of.
