Took a long weekend and drove 11-hours south to visit my father who is sick in the ICU in Chandler, AZ. I should grow up and be an adult and buy a car that gets decent gas mileage. Anyway, to justify the exorbitant expense of driving the thirsty 80 down, we took some time and explored a bit...

I made a u-turn after passing the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park sign. We have an annual park pass. Almost left because of $18 bucks for the stupid flag they make you wear. Best 18-bucks I've spent in a while... It was super fun!!!
