Finally installed some rack pads on the square rails and got the board loaded up for a paddle. Gorgeous day and a small getaway with the truck to recharge the mental batteries. (I apologize in advance to my northern brothers and sisters)

out with the old, in with the, well, old...
started the new truck project recently. scored an 89 runner off craigs for 500$ it was a 3.0 auto in its previous life. plans are the 3.4 V6, R150 5 speed an twin mini cases with 4.7s etc. like all good builds i skip past all the boring grinding stuff and spare any pics of the poor old IFS...

Fresh alternator, battery, oil change and and fluids topped. Wash, wax and interior cleanse. Good to go.
Drove to the coin car wash to clean away all the winter spooge and salt.....
